Chatbot
When you select Chat Bot from the Create New (communication) screen, the following screen is displayed:
You can either create a new bot or upload a JSON file that defines a chatbot. You can use the upload option to import a chatbot that was created in EngageOne™ Converse; see Upload JSON for more details.
