When creating communications, you can upload attachments that will be sent as part of the campaign. The attachments are saved in the Asset Library. These are referred to as static attachments.

Note: The maximum file size for a single attachment is 3MB — the total size of the attachments for a communication cannot exceed 7MB. Campaigns with very large attachments will take longer to send.

All the attachments listed on the Attachments tab are sent with each email communication, each time you send the campaign.

If you don't want to send an attachment for a specific campaign then remove it from the Attachments tab or duplicate the communication (duplicating will not copy the attachments).

Note: Removing an attachment from a communication does not delete the attachment from the Asset Library.
