Chatbot analytics

You can analyze the success of your bots using Analytics.

There are two methods of obtaining analytics information for chatbots:

  • App2Check. Captures data that is sent in real time to your App2Check account. Encrypted answers remain encrypted. No data is stored by EngageOne™ Communicate. To enable App2Check, see Selecting analytics tools.
  • Communicate Reporting. The Reporting function in EngageOne™ Communicate will automatically record information on chatbots. See Statistics for a chat communication for more information.
