Editing the default messages for predefined answers

To change the default messages, click Bot Settings, then go to the Validation tab.

Question interactions can accept predefined answers. A predefined answer, such as the Email Address answer has a default message that is sent to the user when they enter an email address in the wrong format. The message should help the user understand what the correct format is for an email address or phone number. Use the Validation tab to change the default messages so that they are more suitable for your bot.
