Note: An action must run before the interaction that requires the data provided by the action.

In this example, the action getQuickReplies runs first and passes an array of quick replies to the linked message:

Name	The name for the action.
Requires Account Linking	Select this if the interaction requires the user to log in to an account before continuing.
Action Type	Select the type of action. For more information, see: REST action Go to Bot action Conditions action Time/Date Conditions action Set Variable action Send Email action Send Attachment Zendesk Request action Clear Chat action
Intent	Leave this empty if the action is run by the previous linked interaction or select an intention to define the responses that will run the action. For more details of how to use this field, see Intention in Question details.
When the User Says	Leave this empty if the action is run by the previous linked interaction, such as another action, or enter the responses that will run the action.
Transaction Tag	Identifies the interaction as the start or end of a transaction. For more information, see Grouping interactions into transactions.
