Go to Bot action

You can link the chatbot to an interaction in another chatbot. For example use this to:
  • Connect a number of chatbots that together provide the features needed in a conversation. The chatbots must be in the same tenant (company account).
  • Use an interaction already defined in another chatbot.
To go to another chatbot:
  1. In the Action Type field of the Action, select Go to Bot.
  2. In the Settings tab, in the Linked Bot field, select the chatbot to link to.
  3. In the Bot action field, select the interaction (in the linked chatbot) to occur next.

    All interactions in the linked chatbot are available.
