Go to Bot action
You can link the chatbot to an interaction in another chatbot. For example use this to:
- Connect a number of chatbots that together provide the features needed in a conversation. The chatbots must be in the same tenant (company account).
- Use an interaction already defined in another chatbot.
- In the Action Type field of the Action, select Go to Bot.
- In the Settings tab, in the Linked Bot field, select the chatbot to link to.
- In the Bot action field, select the interaction (in the linked chatbot) to occur next.
All interactions in the linked chatbot are available.
